Refund policy

Here you will find answers to the most important questions regarding returns. Note that returns with the Return form must be registered.

How do I return articles?

    • Here you can find thatReturn form., But read the conditions below before hand.
      Please note that articles that are not registered using the form will not be returned.

Which articles can I return?

  • There is no general right to exchange and return. The return depends on the type of product. Ask any questions before buying and clarifying whether the product meets your need.
  • Products must be done within 7 days of purchase via theReturn formbe registered.The return must then be made within a further 7 days.

    However, there are products that we do not withdraw (see below)
  • Products must be in new, unused condition. Polluted and worn items are excluded from hygienic.
  • The original packaging must be intact and all labels/prices.

We do not take the following products back:

    • Make-up colors/cosmetic products*
    • Wigs, hats it
    • Seasonal products such as Halloween, Christmas, Carnival, ...
    • Unpacked books/DVDs
    • Downloads (PDF, videos, video links)
    • vouchers
    • Discounted items/sales items
    • Articles that are marked accordingly in the online shop
    • Magic articles (the secret is an integral part of the product, also digital instructions/links)

*) Make-up colors can be exchanged for another color of the same product within 14 days of receipt. An exchange by post is Not possible.

The product is defective, what now?

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer free exchange. If no replacement is possible, we will refund the amount.

We provide you with a pre-answer label for the exchange. Register the product via the Return form one.

I received the wrong product?

We make every effort to avoid mistakes. If you have received a wrong article anyway, please contact them immediately. We put the right article as soon as possible for you.

How is a return reimbursed?

Returns are in the form of a Store credit Reimbursed. It takes place No cash refund Or repayment.

At "At"Purchase on invoice"Let us ask you to pay the invoice for the full amount on time. You will receive a shop credit for the amount reimbursed.

Shipping costs are not reimbursed. In the case of products with "free shipping", we charge CHF 9.50 for shipping when returning.

How do I return products?

Fill that Return form out. You will receive an email with the information and address for the return.

Please do not send back any products without waiting for our email beforehand. Unannounced returns and articles in which the registration and return deadline of 14 days has expired without exception no longer accepted.

Unauthorized returns are kept for 12 months and then disposed of.

How quickly are returns processed?

We usually edit returns within a week. As soon as the return has been checked, you will receive a confirmation and an online credit for the amount of your return.
