In fact, the new distressed metallic box resembles the original box after being worn out in a jacket pocket for several weeks - we just wanted to save you that time.

The box is made from paper that is 25% thicker than the Sentinel Tuck Case and coated with a durable varnish. These cards protect themselves.

DeckOne's industrial inspiration comes from over 30 years of television and film production design, concept art and illustration. When Homer sketched Bat-Mobiles and Colonial Viper spaceships as a kid in the 70's, he dreamed of designing props and ships for TV series and movies.

"I wanted the back design to feel heavy - like the huge, otherworldly machines they represented. For the case, I created the look of worn, military, black stamped steel, using thick metallic material and subtle printing and embossing effects ."
