Appearing Cigarettes

A pack of cigarettes is presented empty. Almost empty. Because there's still a cigarette in there. You pull this cigarette out of the pack. But this one is Kingsize...Supersize...Double the Size... Twice as long as a normal cigarette.

You close the box and put it on the table. A magical gesture is enough and when the box is opened again, it is now full of cigarettes!
