Kendama - Juggled with skill
Kendama is a popular skill game from Japan. It consists of a ball (tama) with a hole (ana). the ball is connected with a cord (it) to the hilt or sword (ken). Hence the name (Ken-tama).
Game rules
The goal is to pull the ball up the string and then catch it with one of the plates or the sword, or impale it. Different trick options allow swinging the kendama around your arm or around your fingers. Entire combinations of tricks and routines are performed at competitions. The opponent must then try to imitate the routine. If he doesn't make it, there are points for the winner.
