They alternately offer one of the cards to a man and a woman. Each card depicts an object, person, or animal. Both freely choose the cards they like and reject the remaining cards.

In the end, the woman only has cards with a pink back pattern, and the man only has those with a blue back.

The cards are beautifully designed. The effect also works wonderfully in German, and the additional routine is guaranteed to be a hit: Because you predict which card the two viewers would like to have most.
